Cindy Stehlová and Veronika Ronecová have met during their studies at Janáček Academy of performing Arts in Brno (CZ) in 2018. They continued in the collaboration also while pursuing their Master's degrees at Hochschule für Musik "FRANZ LISZT" in Weimar (DE), studying in the chamber music classes of Prof. Ricardo Gallén and Prof. Christiane Spannhof.

Since then, they have built a wide-ranging repertoire of works originally composed for two guitars, as well as various transcriptions, not shying away from combining music with other arts on stage, especially poetry, and exploring new sound possibilities by incorporating electric guitar and historic instruments into their performances as well.

Each bringing a specialization—early music or contemporary and world music—they infuse every performance with fresh insights, always offering audiences a personal and immersive musical experience.

The duo's dynamic is shaped by their long-standing friendship and a shared passion for heartfelt musical expression. Embracing their contrasting energies and distinctive characters, they transform these differences into ever-evolving musical dialogues. The duo's main idea is openness and creativity – guitar beyond borders.
